Custom Orders
- All custom orders are produced based on customer-provided specifications (size, material, design, finishes).
- It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork, dimensions, and details are correct before approval.
- Once a design proof is approved, Perfect Packaging is not liable for errors in the final product.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are charged in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers.
Perfect Packaging reserves the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or stock/material limitations.

No returns or refunds are accepted for custom orders unless:

- The order does not match the approved specifications
Claims Process

- Delays caused by events beyond our control (force majeure).
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
